Shrimply Delicious – joy of preparing an à la carte dish
I have great news for seafood lovers. I’ll share a recipe that I’ve recently discovered.
Grilled shrimps crowned with a delicious sweet chili sauce. Imagine the taste of grilled crispy shrimps when meet the flavor of sour of chilled sweet taste in your mouth. A great snack with your drink.
- 200 gr fresh shrimps (or prawns)
- Half lime
- Green salad
- 50 ml sweet chili sauce
- Small clove of garlic
- A tiptoe ginger
- A green bunching onion
- A spoon of sesame oil
How to cook:
Grill the shrimps until their color start to change to brownish and grill the lime piece only a bit so that you don’t lose it’s juice. In the meantime, grate the ginger and garlic to very small pieces. Start frying the ginger, garlic, and onion pieces in sesame oil. Don’t forget to add the sweet chili last. Otherwise, you can’t properly cook the initial ingredients.
After all, serve previously grilled shrimps in a plate and add the sauce at the top while crown your plate with the grilled lime piece. You can serve it with a green salad side if you are a green salad person.
It’s so easy but very tasty that it will become an irreplaceable dish of your table.
